2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

3. Products and Pricing

All prices are displayed in AED unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. Product availability is subject to change without notice.

4. Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate payment information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including for suspected fraud.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carriers.

• UAE: Free shipping on orders over 250 AED
• GCC Countries: Free shipping on orders over 350 AED

6. Returns and Refunds

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in original condition. Supplements and personalized items are non-returnable. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days.

7. Trainer Services

Trainers are independent contractors, not ONHAMMER employees. Session bookings are subject to trainer availability. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for full refund.

8. Events

Event tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by ONHAMMER. We reserve the right to modify event details, schedules, and venues.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on ONHAMMER, including logos, images, and text, is our property or licensed to us. You may not use our intellectual property without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

ONHAMMER is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product or service.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
